Are you a passionate and nurturing individual looking to make a real impact in Early Years education? Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a full-time EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the CF24 area, starting mid-May.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a vibrant Early Years setting, supporting children at a crucial stage of their development. The school is seeking someone who is enthusiastic, patient, and committed to helping young learners thrive both academically and socially.

The Role:
You will be working closely with the class teacher to support learning through play-based activities, phonics, and early development frameworks. The role will involve both group support and 1:1 work, helping to create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment for all pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting children within the EYFS framework
• Assisting with phonics, early literacy, and numeracy development
• Encouraging social interaction and emotional development
• Supporting children with additional needs where required
• Creating a fun, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience working with children (school, nursery, or childcare setting)
• Has a strong understanding of EYFS or a keen interest in early education
• Is patient, caring, and proactive
• Works well as part of a team and uses their initiative
• Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service
