Are you an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role from September? We are recruiting enthusiastic and nurturing EYFS Teaching Assistants to support welcoming primary schools in Tooting, helping young learners make the very best start to their educational journey.

Working within Nursery or Reception, you will support the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning opportunities while promoting children's social, emotional and academic development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about Early Years education and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.

  • Supporting the delivery of the EYFS curriculum
  • Working with children individually and in small groups
  • Assisting with phonics, early maths and language development
  • Encouraging independence and positive social interactions
  • Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
  • Supporting observations and contributing to pupil progress records
  • Experience working within an EYFS setting
  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (desirable)
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • A nurturing, patient and enthusiastic approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
