Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with an inclusive and caring approach?

Are you Level 3 qualified and looking for a new role local to you in Margate?

Academics are currently working with an Ofsted rated 'good' school in Margate who are looking for a kind, confident and passionate Teaching Assistant to join their school on a full time basis from April 2024. The successful candidate will be working in a Reception class, so ideally you will have previous experience of supporting children in EYFS.

The school promote the importance of working together and supporting pupils, families and staff to ensure they progress and thrive as happy and confident individuals. They have a strong community, family feel and they are looking for the successful candidate that has a similar approach.

If you have experience of supporting children on a 1:1 or whole class basis, previous experience of supporting children in EYFS and experience of leading phonics interventions, please do get in touch ASAP!

• Have experience of supporting children of all learning abilities
