We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable EYFS Practitioner to lead a Reception class within a welcoming and well-supported early years setting in Shropshire.

A strong emphasis is placed on communication and language development, with targeted interventions in place for children who require additional support. You will be supported by two experienced EYFS support staff, enabling you to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.

The setting also benefits from a recently developed outdoor learning space, allowing for rich continuous provision both indoors and outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver a balanced and engaging EYFS curriculum
  • Maintain a high-quality continuous provision environment
  • Assess pupil progress through observations and formative assessment
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and language development
  • Build positive relationships with parents and carers

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
