EYFS Learning Support Assistant Required, Bispham (FY2)

Start date:  Monday 3RD June 2024.

Contract type: Full time (Mon-Fri), Temporary.

Key Stage: EYFS

Teaching Personnel are working with a client school in Bispham to recruit a Teaching Assistant to join their EYFS team. The position will run Monday- Friday till the end of the academic year, with potential to be extended for another year. This 1 form entry School is looking for a TA that can build strong relationships with colleagues, staff, and pupils, in an environment that you will be supported.

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Have experience working in an education or nursery setting.
  • EYFS experience is beneficial.
  • Be dedicated to support learning, optimistic and show and encouraging attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering small group activities in phonics.
  • Teacher support and interventions where necessary.
  • Assist the teacher with the children’s learning.
  • Support with personal care.
