Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) provision in Greater Manchester, supporting students aged 11–16 who require a more personalised and flexible approach to education.
The setting is committed to improving engagement, progress, and outcomes, offering small class sizes and a highly supportive environment where students’ wellbeing is at the heart of everything.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven SENCO to lead the school’s SEND provision. This is a key leadership role, combining strategic oversight with a hands-on, practical approach to supporting both staff and students.
You will play a vital part in ensuring every learner receives the tailored support they need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
