Location: Leeds & Wakefield, United Kingdom

We are currently seeking diligent and reliable Exam Invigilators to join our team across Leeds & Wakefield. As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and fair conduct of examinations within a range of schools. This is a temporary role with flexible hours during examination periods.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up examination venues in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
  • Greet and register students, ensuring all necessary identification and materials are provided.
  • Implement examination regulations and guidelines to maintain integrity and security.
  • Supervise students during examinations, ensuring a quiet and controlled environment.
  • Provide assistance and support to students as needed during the examination process.
  • Collect, check, and securely store examination papers upon completion.
  • Monitor and address any irregularities or breaches of examination protocol.
  • Communicate effectively with academic staff and colleagues to coordinate examination logistics.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in invigilation or examination administration
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanour.
  • Flexibility to work during examination periods, including mornings and afternoons.
  • Enhanced DBS check or willing to obtain one All overseas clearance (if applicable)
