  • Confident teaching English, Maths and Science.
  • A patient, calm and adaptable approach to working with young people.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
  • QTS/QTLS or relevant teaching/tutoring experience is desirable, although we will consider candidates with strong SEND/SEMH experience.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Ability to travel to learners across Wokingham and the surrounding areas.

Why Work with Quantum Scholars?

  • Opportunities to make a genuine difference to learners who may have struggled within mainstream settings.
  • Flexible tuition opportunities based around your availability.
  • Ongoing support from a dedicated Quantum Scholars consultant.
