Pay: £25–£30 per hour+

TP Tutors is looking for a dedicated English Tutor to provide personalised 1:1 tuition to Primary and Secondary-aged learners across NE40, Northumberland.

  • Deliver engaging 1:1 English tuition.

  • Plan lessons according to each child's individual learning needs and abilities.

  • Support learners with reading, writing, grammar, comprehension and exam preparation.

  • Adapt lessons to suit different learning styles, including pupils with SEN.

  • Build confidence and encourage independent learning.

  • Monitor progress and provide regular feedback.

✔ Minimum 1 year's UK teaching or tutoring experience.
✔ Experience working with Primary and Secondary-aged learners.
SEN experience.
✔ Strong knowledge of the UK English curriculum.
✔ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
✔ Right to work in the UK.

  • Flexible part-time work during weekdays and school hours.

  • £25–£30 per hour+.

  • Weekly pay every Friday via PAYE.

  • Ongoing support from a dedicated TP Tutors consultant.
