English Tutor – NG18, Nottingham

Are you passionate about helping students succeed in English? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Tutor to support learners in the NG18 area of Nottingham.

About the Role:
You will be working with students to improve their English skills, build confidence, and support their academic progress. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys making a positive impact on young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective English tutoring sessions
  • Support students with GCSE-level English (and lower levels where required)
  • Plan and Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning needs
  • Monitor and track student progress
  • Encourage confidence and a positive attitude toward learning

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of English (GCSE level or above)
  • Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred
  • Passion for working with children or young people
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
