Position Available: English Teacher

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver dynamic and engaging English lessons that inspire students to explore the richness of the English language.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression.
  • Design and implement differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching materials and strategies.
  • Assess student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.

Requirements:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent, with a degree in English literature, language, or a related field.
  • Passion for English language and literature, with a strong knowledge of literary works across different genres and periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging classroom environment that inspires learning.
  • Experience working with secondary school students preferred but not required for outstanding candidates.
