English Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver dynamic and engaging English lessons that cater to the varying needs and abilities of primary and secondary students. Foster a love for literature, language, and literacy skills through creative and interactive teaching methods. Utilize a range of resources and technology to enhance learning and encourage active participation in the classroom. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support students in reaching their full potential. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement cross-curricular initiatives and enriching literacy activities. Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, maintaining open communication and promoting a supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching English at the primary and/or secondary level. A thorough understanding of the English curriculum, including key concepts in reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of all ages. Adaptability and flexibility to tailor lessons to meet the diverse needs and interests of students.
