English Teacher Vacancy – Preston.

Job Role: English Teacher.

Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm.

Start Date: 15th April 2024.

End Date: July 2024.

Location: Preston.

An amazing opportunity has arisen to join a lovely staff team within the Preston area until the end of the academic year, with the possibility to extend. The school is looking to appoint an English Teacher to begin in April. This role requires the individual to build professional, positive relationships with both student’s and teachers.

This role requires a teacher with experience within Secondary Schools and the successful candidate must also hold QTS with the relevant degree. You will be joining a strong team within the English department, whom all share tailored resources and activities. Commitment to department meetings is necessary to keep updated with any new information and to discuss pupil progression.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be confident teaching a class of up to 30 students.
  • Have a professional and positive attitude.
  • Have strong behaviour management skills.
  • Be hardworking.
