- Delivering high-quality English lessons instruction to students. - Planning and preparing engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students. - Utilising various teaching methods and resources to enhance learning outcomes. - Assessing student progress and providing feedback to drive improvement. - Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment. - Collaborating with colleagues to develop curriculum and instructional materials. - Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. - Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.

- Teaching qualification (PGCE) with specialisation in English

- In-depth understanding of English language, grammar, and literature. - Proficiency in using various teaching methods and resources. - Ability to effectively assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. - Strong classroom management skills. - Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into lessons.

- The English Teacher will work in a school setting, primarily in a classroom environment. - The role involves working with students of different ages and abilities. - Regular working hours will be within the standard school day, Monday to Friday. - The teacher will collaborate with colleagues and may attend staff meetings and professional development sessions.
