Requirements:

  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): The ideal candidate must possess QTS, either through completion of a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  2. Specialization in English: A strong academic background in English Language and Literature, with a degree or relevant qualifications in English or a related field.
  3. Early Career Teacher (ECT) Status: Applicants should be within their early career stage, demonstrating enthusiasm and readiness to embark on a fulfilling journey in teaching.
  4. Commitment to Professional Development: The candidate should exhibit a willingness to engage in continuous professional development, actively seeking opportunities to enhance their teaching practice and stay abreast of educational developments.
