Salary:  £25.00 Per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced English and Maths Tutor to join our team in East Midlands, Northamptonshire. 

  • Provide high-quality one-on-one tutoring in English and Maths subjects
  • Create tailored lesson plans to meet the individual learning needs of students
  • Assess students' progress and provide feedback to help them improve
  • Support students in developing study skills and exam techniques
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
  • A relevant degree in English, Maths, Education, or related field
  • Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS)
  • DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance
  • Demonstrated experience in tutoring or teaching English and Maths subjects
  • Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and engage students effectively
  • Experience working with students of various age groups and abilities
  • Additional qualifications in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or related areas

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
