As an ECT (Secondary Teacher), you will:

  • Build strong classroom management and teaching practice
  • Adapt lessons to support all learners, including those with SEN or additional needs

  • Work collaboratively within supportive school departments

We work with a wide mix of mainstream secondary schools in Bristol, including:

  • High-performing and academically focused schools
  • Supportive and inclusive environments with strong pastoral care
  • Schools with on-site SEN provision, inclusion hubs or alternative pathways

This gives you the opportunity to find a school that suits your teaching style and career goals.

  • Experience teaching during placements
  • Strong subject knowledge in your specialist area
