A well-led and supportive Primary School in Amersham, Buckinghamshire are looking to recruit an Early Years Teaching Assistant / Nursery Nurse for after October half term. This is a full-time and long-term role until at least July 2027. Term time only!

Teacher Training available
£95-£120 per day (weekly pay of £460-£600)

Early Years Teaching Assistant / Nursery Nurse - Your Role:

• Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
• Hours: 8:30am to 3:45pm
• Working across Nursery & Reception in a school setting
• Carrying out Phonics, Spelling, Reading & Writing activities
• Creating a fun, engaging and safe learning environment
• Assisting with general classroom duties
• Supporting mild SEN when needed
• Providing 1:1 and group booster sessions
• Great education and training opportunities

Early Years Teaching Assistant / Nursery Nurse - Ideal Candidate:

• Hold a Level 2 or 3 CACHE Qualification in Childcare / Supporting Teaching & Learning
• Or hold a Level 6 or degree within childcare or education
• Have an understanding of the EYFS curriculum
• Have school-based experience ideally, or experience within private nurseries
• Have enthusiasm for working in EYFS and with children
• Work well as part of a team
• Good communication skills

Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy.
