We are working with a mainstream primary school in BS11 who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team. This is a long term role starting in September, supporting children in Reception with their learning and development.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who loves working with young children and thrives in a busy, nurturing Early Years environment. The school has a welcoming and supportive team and is committed to providing the best start for all pupils.

- Role: Early Years Teaching Assistant (Reception)

- Pay: starting from £92.26 per day (depending on experience)
- Duration: Long term, starting September
Person specification:
- Experience working with children in Early Years settings
- A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
- Experience supporting children with additional needs is desirable
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with teachers, parents and colleagues
- A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
