Supply Desk is seeking an enthusiastic, nurturing, and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Watford from September.

Working as part of a collaborative and experienced Early Years team, you will plan and deliver creative learning opportunities in line with the EYFS Framework, monitor children's progress, and foster strong relationships with parents and carers. The Role

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that supports every child's development.
• Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress, using assessment to inform future planning.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and colleagues.
• Contribute to the wider school community through enrichment activities and school events.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for all children.
• Uphold high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has experience teaching within an EYFS setting in a UK primary school.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Has a strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and child development.
• Is passionate about providing an engaging and nurturing learning environment.
• Promotes inclusive teaching practices and supports the needs of every child.
• Has a thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
