EYFS TEACHER

Location: Aylesbury
Start: September 2026
Full Time: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: £29,344–£44,919

It looks like play, but every part of the day is planned.
From the way children move between activities to how they speak to each other, everything is guided.

As an EYFS Teacher, you will support early development through structured play, routines, and consistent adult support.

Key responsibilities
Deliver the EYFS framework through planned activities
Support early literacy, numeracy, and communication
Observe and assess pupil development
Establish consistent routines
Support social and emotional development
Work alongside support staff and parents

Skills and experience
Experience in EYFS or early childhood education
Strong understanding of child development
Patient and structured approach

QTS is desirable; unqualified teachers are welcome to apply, particularly those with early years backgrounds
