Job Title: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Teaching Personnel is seeking an energetic, qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to work with our partner nurseries in and around Newbury. Whether you want a full-time long-term placement or flexible day-to-day work, we have roles tailored to your preferences.

  • Support daily learning routines and child-led play within EYFS guidelines.

  • Observe and assess key children to track developmental milestones.

  • Help create safe, inclusive, and stimulating indoor and outdoor environments.

  • Build positive relationships with young children, colleagues, and parents.

  • Full & Relevant Level 3 Qualification in Early Years/Childcare.

  • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable attitude.

  • In-date Paediatric First Aid certificate (desirable).

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply).

  • Pay starting at £14.25 per hour with weekly PAYE payment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
