Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 Qualified)

A welcoming and supportive school based near Sherborne, are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join their team in the coming weeks.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual who is committed to supporting young pupils in an early years setting and helping them thrive during their crucial developmental stages.

Role Details:

  • Start Date: In the coming weeks
  • Location: School near Sherborne (Wells area)
  • Working Hours:
    • Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 3:00pm
    • Friday: Morning only
  • Pay: £14.25 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the learning and development of pupils within the early years setting
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to create a nurturing and engaging environment
  • Assist in delivering activities that promote social, emotional, and educational growth

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience working within an early years setting
  • A caring, proactive, and reliable approach
  • Willingness to undergo vetting through Teaching Personnel
  • Availability to attend an initial trial session

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
