We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and reflective Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our supportive and welcoming team from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual at the start of their teaching career to develop their practice within a nurturing and forward-thinking school environment.

Location: Padiham
Salary: £120 - £140 per day then after AWR M1 (ECT Scale)
Contract Type: Full Time
Start Date: September 2026

  • Have recently qualified or be due to achieve QTS by September 2026

  • Be reflective and willing to develop professionally
