Teaching Personnel are working with a multitude of primary schools across the West Midlands area who are looking for full time ECT’s and fully qualified teachers for supply and long-term roles. There are competitive rates of pay, with a minimum as an ECT of £130 per day, increasing to £160 outside your ECT period. These roles would suit a candidate that can display a warm and friendly approach within a classroom environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and classroom management
  • Flexibility
  • Receptive to change
  • Managing challenging behaviour in the classroom effectively
  • Engaging all pupils
  • Highlighting areas of needs for pupils and addressing social, emotional, and mental health issues

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
