At Academics, we work with a large network of secondary schools across Cheshire and Staffordshire, helping Early Career Teachers (ECTs) gain valuable classroom experience, build their confidence and explore different school settings before deciding where they'd like to settle long-term.

What you'll be doing:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across KS3-KS4
• Gain experience in a variety of school settings
• Build your classroom confidence and behaviour management skills
• Choose flexible work that suits your schedule
• Opportunities for day-to-day, short-term and longer-term placements

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
• Recent teaching experience through your PGCE placements
• A positive, flexible and enthusiastic approach
• Confidence managing behaviour and engaging students
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
