Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Previous experience in a teaching role is desirable but not essential for early career teachers

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong classroom management abilities
  • Knowledge of curriculum development and assessment methods
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • Additional training in special educational needs (SEN) or other relevant areas

The role involves working full-time hours on a temporary basis in a school setting in Yorkshire and the Humber. The early career teacher will be required to adhere to school policies and procedures, collaborate with colleagues, and engage with students to support their learning and development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
