We have exciting opportunities for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and recently qualified teachers to join a range of welcoming mainstream primary schools across Tamworth, Staffordshire from September 2026. These roles are available on both a full-time and part-time basis, offering flexibility to suit your availability.
We also offer long-term placements, including full academic year roles and fixed-term contracts, with many schools providing high-quality induction programmes, named mentors and protected PPA time to support your professional development.
As an Early Career Teacher (ECT), you will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality lessons while creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where pupils can thrive. Opportunities are available across EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1), Key Stage 2 (KS2) and mixed-age classes, depending on your experience and preferences. You will plan and deliver lessons in line with the UK National Curriculum, assess pupil progress and work collaboratively with school staff to support excellent educational outcomes.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
