The Role

  • Deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects, depending on your specialism and school requirements.
  • Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
  • Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and wider school communities.
  • Choose from flexible day-to-day, short-term, and long-term assignments.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an ECT due to qualify before September.
  • A positive, resilient, and adaptable approach to teaching.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • An interest in supporting pupils with additional needs.
  • A willingness to work across different schools and age groups.
