Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them achieve their full potential? We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across a number of welcoming and supportive secondary schools in Tameside, Denton and Gorton.

The Role
• Support students with their learning across a range of subjects
• Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons and interventions
• Provide one-to-one and small group support where required
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Requirements
• Previous experience supporting children or young people within an educational, childcare, or related setting is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, proactive, and flexible approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
