The Role

We are working closely with a secondary school who are based in Welwyn Garden City which is easily accessible from Bedfordshire and Milton Keynes. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with excellent knowledge and who has a passion for drama and has the ability to deliver in Drama, English and/or Media Studies.

We are looking for someone who is wanting to learn and develop on their pre-existing good practice. We are wanting our candidate to deliver their vision to an excellent standard.

We want someone who wants to be part of a great team who all have the same outlook as wanting excellence.

The successful candidate will be someone who is expected to;

-          Deliver lessons passionately.

-          Planning lessons

-          Expectation of behaviour management within the classroom

About the School

This is a school committed in inclusion and diversity. This school is just a couple of miles from the train station so therefore easily accessible. They pride themselves on providing an excellent education equipping all children to grow and have a successful future.

Contract

This is a full-time contract where you will be treated like a permanent member of staff including opportunities of PPA included within the timetable. You will be expected to plan, mark and deliver Drama, English KS3 and potentially Media Studies KS4 with PPA time included. You must arrive no later than 8:15 am and finish at 15:10.

Pay

You will be paid on the National Teacher Pay Scale salary
