Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a Design Technology Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Blandford Forum, with the role available to start ASAP.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate DT Teacher to join a supportive school environment and deliver engaging, practical lessons across KS3 and KS4. The successful candidate will be confident in creating an inclusive classroom environment and helping students develop both their practical skills and subject knowledge.
Full-time DT Teacher position
Starting ASAP
Teaching Design Technology across KS3 and KS4
Planning and delivering engaging practical and theory-based lessons
Supporting students to achieve their academic and practical potential
Working alongside a supportive and experienced department
Paid in line with the appropriate teaching scale
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS or equivalent
Experience teaching DT within a secondary school
Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Design Technology
Able to engage and motivate students of different abilities
Confident managing a classroom and maintaining high expectations
Available to start at short notice
