Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging DT lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching Design Technology
• Strong knowledge of the DT curriculum and effective teaching methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for education and student development
