Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Day‑to‑Day Supply Teaching Assistants to support a variety of welcoming primary schools across the Truro area (TR1 & TR8). With consistent demand for cover, this is a fantastic opportunity to build regular work around your availability.

Supply work offers the perfect balance of flexibility and fulfilment:

• Work only on the days you choose
• Gain experience across a range of local schools
• No long‑term commitment or additional pressures
• Ideal for parents, returners, or those wanting term‑time work
• Build confidence and connections within schools

As a Day‑to‑Day Supply TA, you may:

• Support learning within KS1 and/or KS2 classrooms
• Provide 1:1 or small‑group support when required
• Assist pupils with class activities, reading, and interventions
• Support behaviour and emotional regulation
• Work alongside class teachers to create a positive learning environment

Every day is varied, but your role is always valued.

This role would suit someone who:

• Has experience working with children in a school or similar setting
• Is caring, patient and confident supporting learners
• Can adapt quickly to new classroom environments
• Is reliable, proactive and professional
• Understands the importance of safeguarding

TA qualifications are welcome, but experience and attitude are just as important.

• £92.63 per day
• £14.25 per hour
• Paid weekly via PAYE (no umbrella companies)
