- Overseeing the collection, management, and analysis of student and school-wide data to support strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts.

- Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of all data systems and records, in compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

- Generating and presenting comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualisations to stakeholders, including administrators, teachers, and external agencies.

- Collaborating with school leadership and faculty to identify key performance metrics, set goals, and track progress towards academic and operational objectives.

- Providing training and support to staff on data collection protocols, software systems, and best practices for data-driven decision-making.

- Implementing data privacy and confidentiality protocols to safeguard sensitive information and uphold ethical standards.

We're looking for candidates who possess:

- A bachelor's degree in information management, statistics, education, or a related field (master's degree preferred).

- Proficiency in data management software and tools (e.g., SIMS, Excel, Google Sheets).

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends and patterns.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Experience working in an educational setting and knowledge of relevant educational data standards and regulations (preferred but not required).

- A commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for using data to drive positive change in education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
