Hours are half 8-4pm

Pay - £85 to £95 per day depending on experience

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting the smooth operation of educational institutions? We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to play a key role in an amazing team. You will be based in a Secondary school in NN11 and working in main reception with lots of other team members. We have lots of Administrators working in this department and have praised the team and the positive working environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing for the summer exams support Data manager
  • Ensuring seating plans completed,
  • Processing exam papers and ensuring admin for these is in place.
  • Support with any exam withdraws and results downloads.
  • Admin of mock results, working to ensure all admin is set up for summer exams.


  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office suite and experience with administrative software systems.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
