The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Recent experience working as a Teaching Assistant in UK primary schools
• Confidence supporting pupils across different year groups
• Experience providing one-to-one and small group interventions
• A positive, patient, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
