Role: Cover Supervisor

Pay: £100-£120

Hours: Daily

Academics are looking for a Cover Supervisor to step in and support KS3 and KS4 at a Secondary school in Stone. You will be responsible for delivering effective lessons, managing behaviour and creating a positive learning environment where all students are encouraged to participate and achieve.

The Role:

• Cover the class when the teacher is absent.
• Deliver pre-set work in an engaging manor.
• Support students and follow school policies and procedures.
• Work closely with staff, parents and carers.

What you'll bring:

• Strong experience with young people, either in a school or tutoring is advantageous.
• Strong Behaviour Management
• A current and up to date enhanced DBS
• Clear and professional communication, with the ability to adapt to different environments.
