Supply Desk are currently seeking a Cover Supervisor to work within a supportive secondary school in the Basingstoke area. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
The role involves delivering pre-set work across Key Stages 3 and 4, maintaining positive behaviour for learning and supporting students throughout the school day. No planning or marking is required, making this an ideal stepping stone into teaching.

- Have experience working with young people in an educational, coaching or mentoring environment.
- Are confident managing a classroom and maintaining positive behaviour.
- Can deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of secondary subjects.
- Are adaptable, organised and able to think on their feet.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hold a degree or relevant experience working within schools (desirable but not essential).
- Are passionate about supporting students and helping them achieve their potential.
- Have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to obtain one.
