We are currently recruiting confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work within secondary schools across the Woking area. This role is perfect for graduates, aspiring teachers or experienced school support staff.

The Role:

• Delivering pre-set lessons during teacher absence
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Supporting student engagement and learning
• Working across a variety of subjects and year groups
• Promoting a calm and positive classroom environment

We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Experience working with young people
• Confident and professional approach
• Flexible and reliable attitude
• Degree preferred but not essential
