The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee classes in the absence of the usual teacher, delivering pre‑planned lessons and ensuring students remain engaged with their learning. You'll manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies and maintain a positive, calm, and effective learning environment for students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
The role may also involve offering additional support to students with special educational needs (SEN) or other learning needs, making it especially rewarding for those passionate about inclusive education.
