An Ofsted-rated “Outstanding” secondary school in Southampton is looking to appoint a reliable and adaptable Cover Supervisor to support their teaching team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on classroom experience, particularly those considering a future pathway into teaching.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning across the school. You will confidently manage classes of students aged 11–16, delivering pre-prepared lesson materials in the absence of the classroom teacher. Promoting positive behaviour, reinforcing school values, and maintaining an engaging and well-organised learning environment will be central to your role.
This position offers part-time and flexible working, with an immediate start and a competitive daily rate of £95–£130. You will be working within a school celebrated for its strong academic outcomes, high-quality teaching, and specialist subject facilities.
