As a Cover Supervisor, you will step in during teacher absences to ensure continuity of learning for students aged 11–16. Your role will include:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively and in line with school policies
  • Creating a calm, purposeful learning environment
  • Supporting pupils to stay engaged and on task
  • Providing additional assistance to students with Special Educational Needs when required
