In this role, you will supervise classes during teacher absences, delivering pre-set work and ensuring students remain engaged, focused, and on task.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials effectively
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
- Manage student behaviour in line with school policies
- Ensure all students remain engaged and complete assigned tasks
- Provide clear feedback to teaching staff following lessons
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:- Experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Confidence leading a class independently
- A proactive, flexible, and reliable approach
- A genuine interest in education and pursuing a career in teaching
- A degree (graduates are highly encouraged to apply) or relevant experience
