As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise classes of students aged 11–16 during teacher absences
  • Maintain a productive and engaging learning environment
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans
  • Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies
  • Support students to stay on task and make progress
  • Rated Outstanding by Ofsted
  • Offers a broad, ambitious secondary curriculum
  • Provides high-quality resources, clear instruction, and strong subject expertise
  • Boasts excellent facilities including a central library, ICT suites, science laboratories, art/DT studios, and more
  • Runs an impressive enrichment programme across sport, the arts, and STEM
  • Experience working with secondary-aged students (no formal qualifications required!)
  • Confident, flexible, and able to adapt to different classrooms
