Teaching Personnel are working closely with a secondary school in the Fareham are who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their team. The school are committed to providing a broad and balanced curriculum, fostering an environment where pupils become highly qualified, confident, and resilient individuals. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of learning during teacher absences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Presenting pre-planned lessons to classes.
  • Keeping students engaged and on task.
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Supporting students' learning and development.

The Ideal Candidate: A reliable and enthusiastic individual who:

  • Has a genuine interest in working with young people.
  • Can confidently present lessons and engage with students.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is adaptable and able to handle various classroom situations.
