Cover Supervisor 

Pay rate: £100-£120 per day

We are seeking to appoint an excellent Cover Supervisor for the Worthing area. The successful candidate will join a strong and positive team, with excellent practitioners. There are significant opportunities to grow, and to play a large role in supporting the school to continue excellent outcomes which continue to improve year on year. The curriculum is broad, incorporating a drive to promote and celebrate diversity and inclusivity.

The successful applicant will have a positive “can do” attitude and a passion for educating young people.

Requirements:

• A passion for education and a strong desire to work with young learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable and able to handle varying classroom situations with a positive attitude.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
