We're partnering with secondary schools in need of reliable Cover Supervisors to support them during staffing absences.

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll need strong behaviour management skills to support classes of sometimes 30+ students. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable school-based experience and enhance your CV.

Cover Supervisors will assume the role of a teacher for the day, delivering pre-set lessons left by absent teachers. You'll be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and ensuring learning continues in the teacher's absence.

Depending on your availability, we can offer day-to-day opportunities or for successful candidates, a rolling block booking at one school.

  • Have prior experience working with young people.
  • Possess good behaviour management skills.
  • Hold a clear and current DBS or be willing to apply for one.
