Job Title: Cover Supervisor - Wythenshawe Secondary School

We are seeking dynamic Cover Supervisors to join our agency and provide invaluable support to schools in the Wythenshawe area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of regular teaching staff.
• Follow pre-prepared lesson plans and instructions left by teachers.
• Foster a positive and productive learning environment.
• Assist students with their learning and address any questions or concerns.
• Maintain classroom discipline and report any behavioural issues.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure a smooth educational experience.
• Embrace the flexibility of working with different schools and age groups.

Qualifications:

• A strong desire to work in education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and the ability to follow instructions.
• Confidence in managing classroom behaviour.
• A positive and engaging attitude towards students.
• Previous experience working in education is an advantage but not mandatory.
