Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons and activities across core subjects to students in various year groups.
• Managing classroom behavior and ensuring a positive learning environment conducive to student engagement and progress.
• Providing support to students in understanding and completing assigned tasks.
• Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure the smooth running of daily activities and adherence to school policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in education or a related field is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across different core subject areas.
